First Workspace

Your first workspace is where Veoveo starts to become useful. It gives your team one place to collect source material, connect related context, and review what people and bots did.

Open A Workspace

From the workspace list, choose the workspace that matches your team or mission. If you are evaluating Veoveo, use the public sample workspace to learn the interface before connecting real operations.

A workspace page usually gives you access to artifacts, analytics, settings, bot controls, search, and artifact detail routes. Your permissions determine which actions are visible.

Read The Workspace

Start with three questions:

  • What are the newest or most important artifacts?
  • Which artifacts are connected to the current operation?
  • Are there active bot operations, alerts, or recent events that need review?

Use the artifact list and search filters to narrow the workspace before opening individual items.

Open An Artifact

On an artifact detail page, check the title, kind, metadata, source or rendered content, related artifacts, and event history. Treat generated summaries as a pointer to the source, not a replacement for source review.

When To Ask A Bot

Use the bot dock when you need help summarizing, searching, inspecting context, or running a tool-backed workflow. Give the bot a clear task and include the relevant artifact or workspace context whenever possible.
